The lands that composed area are registered at Land Registry of City of Fermo at sheet 47:

Parcel 14-15-485-487-491-496-497-500 - Quality Arable/Arbored Arable - Class 3

The area consists of a single irregularly shaped body, located at the eastern edge of the Santa Petronilla locality.
From an altimetric point of view, the area is mostly flat in the upstream area (North) where the concentration of volumes is expected and instead presents a discrete slope on the remaining portion where the creation of service spaces to be used as public green areas is planned.

The area is currently almost entirely cultivated by virtue of a rustic land lease contract effective from 10/01/2017, lasting 2 years, with tacit renewal unless cancelled. The contract provides that in the event of total or partial sale of the land, the same will be released upon communication, either at the end of the existing natural cycle or immediately but with compensation for crop advances and/or pending fruits.
