Feldmilla Design Hotel in Campo Tures (BZ) - COMPANY SALE

The sale concerns a hotel business leased as a business until 02/12/2024, with an annual rent of €174,000 plus VAT. It should be noted that starting from July 2021 the Bankruptcy has granted the right to sell the company pending the contract, which will be followed by an immediate increase in the annual rent in favor of the successful tenderer of the company up to € 230,000 plus VAT.

 

The hotel company is made up as follows:

 

1) Feldmilla Design Hotel

Land registry identified with the p.ed. 419/1, built in 1967 and subsequently enlarged and restructured. The last intervention dates back to the year 2005.

According to the cadastral plan it is made up of 2 underground floors, ground floor, first floor, second floor and third floor: the fitness room is located on the second basement floor, the garage, the fitness room, spa & beauty are located on the first basement floor, the swimming pool, the saunas, the laundry and various cellars, on the ground floor there are the entrance, the offices, the breakfast room, the bar, the restaurant and the kitchen, the rooms are arranged on the first, second and third floors.

There are n. 40 bedrooms for guests of different types, for a total of about 80 beds, as well as n. 2 staff rooms.

The sale includes furniture, fittings, fine furnishings, equipment, systems and various accessories, functional and suitable for use in the hotel business.

The pp.ff. are also owned. 175 and 176/1, with urban planning use as woodland.

3) Company shares

The company being sold owns 0.01% of the shares of “E-WERK ST. MORITZEN limited liability consortium company which produces electricity and, by virtue of this participation, boasts the right to withdraw energy from said consortium at a price lower than the market price, and to use the distribution network owned by the consortium.
