The factory is located inside a fenced lot and is composed of a main shed, rectangular in shape, with an office area on two levels and with, adjoining, on the long sides, two further areas made with metal structures, all It occupies a surface area of 7,826 m2.
The original building consists of the office block - ground floor and first floor - and the adjacent rectangular industrial warehouse with internal dimensions of approximately 964 m2, cadastral height 11m. The aforementioned shed has a sloping double-pitch roof with pre-stressed trusses and tiles, the load-bearing structure is made up of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements. and infills in prefabricated concrete panels.
