INVITATION TO SUBMIT OFFERS FOR IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE PURCHASE OF
N° 2 INDUSTRIAL COMPLEXES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CERAMICS
SITES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MELFI (PZ)
Please note that the curators of the failures indicated above:

having received an irrevocable purchase offer, subsequently attributed on behalf of the ORIGINAL BIDDER, of the industrial complexes of the bankruptcies NRF 599/12 and NRF 600/12 for the production of semi-finished products and the consequent finished ceramic products, as indicated in the respective appraisals drawn up by the technicians of the procedures and viewable in the tender documents, for the total amount of € 3,350,000.00 (€ three million, three hundred and fifty/00).
They invite those interested to submit a unitary and comprehensive improvement offer for both industrial plants, under the following conditions:
1. Price: each bidder will be able to offer an improved price of the one already received increased by at least €100,000.00 (one hundred thousand/00).
2. Purchase offers: Interested parties must send their offer, drawn up in Italian, in a sealed envelope, to the office of the receiver NRF 600/12, Dr. Vincenzo Moccia, located in Melfi (PZ), cap 85025, at Via San Francesco, 24, by 12.00 noon on 21/06/2022.
3. Deposit: The offer must be supported by a deposit equal to 20% (twenty percent) of the price offered, to be paid by means of two bank transfers and in the proportion indicated below on the current accounts respectively of the Bankruptcy NRF 600/12 and the Bankruptcy NRF 599/12 and whose bills proving the irrevocable transfer, must be included in the envelope containing the documents and the closed envelope of the offer
50% of the deposit by bank transfer to the account in the name of the Fall. 600/2012 - IBAN: IT04J0855442100000000403836 – BCC di Gaudiano di Lavello – Melfi branch;
50% of the deposit by bank transfer to the account in the name of the Fall. 599/2012 – IBAN: IT28S0306915727100000590005 – Intesa San Paolo – Foggia branch.
The offer, once submitted, is irrevocable, but will be declared ineffective if it is lower than the minimum price.
4. Methods of award: The opening of the envelopes will take place, in the presence of the bidders, in front of the undersigned curators at the office of dr. Vincenzo Moccia, located in Melfi (PZ) at via San Francesco 24, on 22/06/2022 at 11.00 am.
The appraisal report drawn up by the Geom. Eugenio LIOI containing information on the industrial complex for sale can be viewed, as well as on the sites that bear this announcement and where made possible by them (www.astegiudiziarie.it, www.tribunale.potenza.it, www.asteannunci.it, www.gorealbid.it), at the office of the curator, Dr. Antonio Scarano, or on his website at the address www.scaranostudio.it/ the insolvency proceedings area, bankruptcy NRF 599/12, as well as it can be requested in copy to the same in one with any further information about it by contacting him at the following e-mail address antonio@scaranostudio.it or telephone number or fax 0881/716998.
