The industrial complex in question is located in a strategic position along the Strada Statale Appia less than 1 km from the Caserta Nord motorway junction which serves as a connection with the A1 and A16 motorways.
The shed is spread over two floors, ground and first, and is served by two freight elevators, with adjacent stairwells that reach the roof from the ground floor, as well as three stairwells, each with a lift shaft, which connect only the land first. Each floor has an extension of 2300 square meters; the internal height of both the ground floor and the first floor is 4.20 m.
On the ground floor there is a large exhibition and sales area, with annexed offices and services; cadastral said space coincides with subordinates 7 and 8; the area dedicated to the retail sale of mechanical components coincides with sub 15; subordinates 9 and 10, on the ground floor, are used as a mechanical workshop; the remaining part of the ground floor, similar to the first floor, is partly unused, partly used as a warehouse.
The building benefits from two freight elevators that connect the ground floor to the driveway roof and three lift systems that connect the ground floor to the first.
