The real estate units in the narrative constitute a residential real estate complex with adjoining rustic funds, located in the countryside of Toritto called "Casino Scarangella" or "Masseria Lago del Bosco", having access from the S.P. 72 Toritto – Quasano, SN, located about 4 km from the town.
